Hi, thx for the informative video. Please upload video on How a student citizen filing greencard for parents in their country, by consular processing, satisfy the income requirements in Affidavit of support, given there is no household member or joint sponsor to sign affidavit of support.

Excellent information. Thanks for the video. When necessary fees are paid for affidavit of support and immigration can we start processing DS 260 and I-864 simultaneously or wait till I-864 is accepted . When I started filling DS 260 without my sponsor filling affidavit of support form I got a message stating that “You have encountered an application error. Please try again later”

Hi Sharon, thanks for your videos. Very informative and helpful. I have a question, we will get married while I still hold my B1/B2 visa in the US, I will then fly back to London where I hold legal residency (Brazilian Citizen) to start our visa application process, can I still travel back and forward to US to see my husband on my B1/B2 visa while proceedings are going on, or once the process began I no longer can enter the US?
