This is a song I like the most and was very surprised that Namjoon who has written the lyrics was not singing it when I saw it first! A pity though, it would have been wonderful to see him singing about his "dangerous" dimples!! ;D I am seeing this concert version for the first time and hearing RM explaining is the icing on the cake!! Indeed, a song cherished and played often. Thank you for sharing Namjoon's talk with the show!

Kudasai means "please" and desu gets attached at the ends of nouns to convey "it is." After a little online digging, I found that "Kore ga" means "this" and "Ekubo" means dimple, so as far as I can tell, after RM says "Dimples!" in English, he says in Japanese (literal word by word translation), "Dimples! This/These dimples-are." The next phrase ... I don't know about the verb, but some conjugation/form of "see" or "look" would make sense followed by "please" (kudasai).
