You know what I would love from you guys? Because I have been mixing your videos with strength interval training as well? A series of warm up videos that are longer; like a 20 minute morning stretch, a 20 minute upper body warm up, a 20 minute lower body. I feel like I really need to do better warm ups before all of my workouts and I want to get more familiar with what my warm-ups are actually warming up

Heres a tip:For the 1st part just follow Toya.. then when it switches do the hold position. For the 2nd and 3rd part you could follow either cause they repeating the same moves just minus the "challenging each other part". 🙂

2 months ago I barely could finish the 3rd challenge today I said let me run this back after losing 9 lbs and killed it. Keep on going Challenge yourself and don’t give up 💪🏾

Not to mention the plus of simply MOVING! 😜 SO appreciate ur energy, the excellence of ur hard work, and ur continuous renewal!
Haha at the 1st challenge I was like "Ok, nice one, more for the not-so-intense days..." ...and then the 2nd + 3rd came on & 1st seemed more like a prolongued workout 😄 Really, this was great FUN & motivating with these challenges, even as a solo workout! So at the 1st I just followed along with both Juice + Toya, 2nd was 50 sec intervals for me, and 3rd simply (🤣) a regular 5min AMRAP. Don't know yet what I'm gonna pick for tomorrow's workout, but I can tell you already it's not gonna be leg strength! 😂🦿😆 THANK YOU!!
