I've watched Russ play several times, but there was one game in particular I remember. They were down the entire game and were getting beat pretty convincingly. Every possession the Seahawks had russ was running for his life just WILLING his team back into it over and over. It was absolutely incredible, you could visibly see him putting his heart and soul into his play. Not a Seahawks fan at all but I respect Russ as much as anyone in the league, he has been a top 3 qb in my eyes for a good while. So him saying if someone gets to see him play one time and remember it... you do that quite frequently russ, remember that man
Are you by chance thinking of the 2014 NFC Championship against Green Bay? Where he threw 4 interceptions and we came back in OT and won? If it is, that is still my favorite game of all time that I witnessed as a Seahawk fan. That is the game where Russell broke down into tears after we won. Tells you just how much he put his heart and soul in.
