In this case I have to admit he’s right. At 23 you’re not looking very long term, you’ll then realize that you’re completing different generations and like to do completely different things. There’s no need to get emotionally involved.
it depends. My sisters were married at 22 and 24, and I've known people who were in long term relationships then.
