He's actually a deeper soul than people realise and while I love Jon Bon Jovi to bits, I still believe these two are gold together, and I'm still sad for them, because they are phenomenal musicians in their own way, and together they are dynamite. But that doesn't take away from how fabulous they both are individually as songwriters and singers. And Richie, sadly, usually gets the short straw....
As well as being phenomenal guitarist, Richie's always had a great voice. I saw a video of him playing live a few months ago and his voice is still in great condition. Bon Jovi is nothing without him

Un grande, un MÚSICO con mayúsculas. Guitarrista, multinistrumentista, compositor, letrista poético, y excelente vocalista. Bon Jovi no volvió a ser lo mismo sin el desde el minuto cero. Porque tenerlos delante y no escuchar SU GUITARRA Y SU VOZ.... Fue desolador... Llena el escenario por la parte que le toca y más. Muy, muy infravalorado.
