Before purchasing, first ask about strata. If the owners don't need to pay strata then you can be sure in 1 year these apartments will look like a shit hole due to zero maintenance and graffiti like most of Athens. Then they will be worth nothing.

These architects trying to fix, everythign that President Konstantinos Karamanlis, destroyed! (i mean all these ugly apartment buildings in Athens and Thessaloniki)... Well done! Thanks a lot, spread it evereywhere, don't keep it only in Kolonaki.
