It's a good spot for big large mouths, last year I took out some 2 seven pounders, and 1 fourteen pounders no joke that's been my spot ever since, I hope this source will be helpful to you..
You guys need to invest in a steelie from Niteize. It sticks to the back of your phone and the other part sticks to you dash and its a magnet that holds your phone. Work so good for using you GPS while driving
Scott the fish are NOT in the creeks,channels, and rivers we have had so much rain that they went farther into the main lake and still a little deep..... I'd love to meet you man ive watched you and your dad for years! I
Paul Childress far away from the rivers they still come up,but they dont stay long enough to use as a strategy for a tounament as I also know for a fact.... Theres more than 1 way to catch em. Happy catching neighbor

I fished Lanier today too. Got skunked. Two weeks ago they were hitting the crank baits hard, 9-15 ft tops of trees.
