Hi Michael. You are so good at explaining things. Can you do a video on practice routines you can play with someone else? I play my mate regularly but wondered rather than just playing regular frames are there any routines for two players or games for two you can play that focus on specific types of shots. My dad was saying he and his mate used to play one called killer that involved a safety shot (back to balk cushion routine) where you lose a point if you dont get behind a certain point in balk but forgot the exact rules now lol. Any you can recommend pls? Thank you.
Not concentrating enough on the easier pots and taking them for granted. You need to go through the same routine for all shots regardless of difficulty
A great game for beginners is century. Play with just the colours and first to 100 wins. Cue ball control is much more simple (builds confidence), you gain confidence when potting colours. There are a couple other rules but that is the essential game and it's improved my game alot.
I'll try this, thanks. The only issue with this video is that you're not giving much input on where you are hitting the cue ball so it makes it difficult for amateurs to understand how your getting position.
Hi Michael. Did you use side on any of those shots? I'm a club player with a max competition break of 57 and I still don't have the confidence to use side other than pots when the object ball is over the pocket. I expect that I should start to apply side more often. Do you have any suggested practice routines for someone who is starting to incorporate the use of side more regularly?
Brilliant again Michael. Im gonna put this in to my practice 👍
Thank you for this excellent video, Michael. I will definitely give these routines plenty of practice.
I love your new channel so much!!! Great tips and though you're a pro still so humble ❤

Enjoyed though routines Michael. Any tips for not missing easy pots . Anything difficult seems easy but tend to miss the easy ones. Cheers
Sounds like it might be an aiming issue. Can you get yourself booked in? I do online 👍🏻

I’ll know for next time. 👍 In the meantime have a play yourself. The learning is much quicker when you actually do it. Experiment and have fun! 😃

Curious to know what are your room dimensions?
I’m not sure but I know I’m on the limit of it just being big enough. 😅
