    Nidra's with waves crashing in the background would be awesome. Some soft, some loud. And mantras about acceptance during healing, or kindness during healing. Like, "All of me is valid. All of me deserves unconditional love. All of me is perfect. " Sometimes I am statements don't feel right for me so I change it. I know it's personal so it varies person to person. Just focus on the waves background :) and I'd be grateful. Thank you for all you do.

    Getting ready to have my 5th surgery in three years and knee replacement on Monday, February 12 so this is exactly what I need. Thank you so much for all your beautiful meditations, especially love the yoga Nedra.

      I have been thinking about you and your back. I hope your surgeries go well and have a speedy recovery. I started my nursing career as a nurse on the orthopedic floor. TKR's have come a long way since my days there 15 years ago 🤣 Also I wanted to you to know Monday's meditation will be one for physical body healing so perfect timing! Glad this practice was helpful for you. Thanks for practicing with me.

      @@lorenrunion hi Loren... just saw this. Having extremely severe nerve pain today after I tried to sit on a cushioned chair to help clean our kitchen...from the new knee up to my groin... this TKR is hard.. I will call the surgeon's office Monday and try to find your Monday meditation... meantime, thank you so much for your concern and grace-filled meditations

    I'm feeling peaceful and positive now. I'm smiling. I appreciate your calm and authentic sounding guiding voice. The pace was just right for me. I find the muscle tensing in the beginning extremely helpful to settle down and let go. ☀️💛 Thank you.

    Love the content Loren. I typically cut on one of your Yoga Nidras during my lunch break from work to help destress a bit. Do you think you could look into maybe doing one for mental focus? Thanks again for all that you do!

    A great way to start my day. Can you teach us about the chakra and where they are and what they do? How do I find mine?

      Yes! I will start working on a few things. From my experience, I learned the chakras best through experiential meditation, where I was able to learn while embodying the chakra. I will work on a few resources to support you.
