Fools garden is a German band, they had just one Hit"Lemontree"
But they deserve much more. I still have their albums and listen to them from time to time, cause they had really good songs. I even went to a small concert of them and it was great ❣️
@@juwen7908 They have more good songs, but only Lemontree is outstanding.
Germany was the headquarter of Euro Dance. 😁
With Netherlands, Italy and Belgium.
What they meant in the intro was
1. that germany at these times was basically THE CENTRE of eurodance. Some project were international with musicians from different countries, but often their were founded and/or produced in Germany. Because Germany has a really big music market.
2. And not every song which is sung in german is from Germany, but maybe from Austria or Switzerland, like Falko or DJ Bobo. Great performer by the way, big love to our neighbours 🥰
As I am 10 years older then you, this music was my childhood/youth.
Greetings from Berlin 😎
1994 #5 "Eins, zwei, Polizei" is even from Italy
Lou Bega is from Munich. Mamabo Nr. 5 was a number 1 hit almost all over the world ;-)
all is produced in Germany...
"The music my parents played" hit me hard, ngl..
Same 😂
5:15 "Das Boot": song by U96 from 1991 AND movie by Wolfgang Petersen from 1981 both top tier pieces, strongly recommand watching both ^^
Sorry. Incorrect. Writen by Klaus Doldinger. Untalented Alex Christensen (U96) just made a crappy techno-style-ripoff in 1992 because he can not compose himself. He deserves no credit at all.
@@kaisander939
as art is personal, I won't argue about ones taste ^^
why do u credit them by name in a comment then?
@@BR618 Everybody is allowed to do a proper cover. Still, Alex Christensen is notorious known for ripping up original ideas from others and try to fetch fame from it. He even mimics the style of movie directors in his clips. Now he is recycling other famous melodies with an orchestra. Klaus Doldinger wrote the original Das Boot melody. He also wrote the Tatort theme with Udo Lindenberg on drums.
@@kaisander939in classical music it's "variations", in pop it's cover, a lot of "schlager" is just a translation of other intern. songs ... Dalí was weird as one can get and copyrighting short melodies has become a business, a lot of groups are casted, but one can still enjoy their art besides knowing that ^^
3:20 Yes, that's the soundtrack of "Werner Beinhart". The singer of the band Torfrock, Klaus Büchner, was also the voice actor of Werner.
And Eurodance has its origin in Frankfurt, Germany. :)
Thanks for confirming that! I know that name sounded familiar 🙂
9:58 Eyery teenager of the 90s knows the lyrics of "sie ist weg". One of the greatest german songs of the 90s.
Hey heute ist wieder einer der verdammten Tage, die ich kaum ertrage und mich ständig selber frage... ;)
Check out „die Ärzte“, it is the heard and soul of the 90th Teenagers. 😍
Check out „die fantastischen Vier“, the are amazing.
Check out the song „meine Söhne geb ich nicht“. There is a new rock version with a lot of great singers. It’s a song about why we don’t like to send our kids into the war.
5:10 This is a techno version of the soundtrack of the 1981 music Das Boot (an awesome movie btw with an equally awesome soundtrack).
My daughter got married two weeks ago and at the party there were a lot of songs from the 90s that her uncle and I used to listen to. It was very noticeable, but it was also a very great time musically.
Yeah, Techno was really big back then. And Rap was coming up, check out the band "Die Fantastischen 4" and their songs with lyrics.
And take a look at Rammstein's video of "Deutschland" - you will be surprised...
Hi 😂
The first Band in this Video it's called " Wilddecker Herzbuben "
A little fun fact, the Dude with the big Beard is a cousin from Bruce Willis 😂
That's true. Bruce Willis is born in Germany. In a town called Idar - Oberstein.
Greetings from Germany 😂👍🇩🇪
I was born in the late 1974's and music was my favorite! When other boys play soccer, I was at home and listen to music. I know all of them and they where great! Now in 2024 there are not so much good songs I love but if I want to listen to some good stuff, I put some CD's on my player and play the 80's and 90's songs I listen as a child and young adult! Funfact: my kids love my music too, so think about it! cheers!!!
Awwwe......I Love the songs,such a great time......
DJ BoBo ist from Switzerland. Mo-Do is from Italy. all these songs were huge hits in Europe. Thank VIVA tv channel
Great list. Very nostalgic. Love the 90's dance tracks. Btw: Falco was austrian. ;-)
It´s so sad that many react to these List of Popular 90´s Songs, but no one checks out their favorite (from the short time) Songs :(
Falco mit into the dark sollte man sich genau anhören.
Bro, you HAVE to react to 90s eurodance, it was so huge in europe. I would say the most popular genre in a lot of countries in europe and alot of the songs still sound so modern in 2024 lol
I grew up on Scooter. I am glad people still recognize them :-)) By the way, they still exist and releasing new songs.
Lou Bega from Mambo No. 5 stems from Munich
Scooter-Hyper Hyper
Rammstein mein Teil live in Paris
14:26 He almost ruined his career by spreading conspiracy theories (especially during the Covid pandemic). It's a real pity, because Xavier Naidoo had some really nice songs.
This nasal wailing was always awful.
Most overrated singer. His music is torture.
Narcotic at 13:31 is such a iconic song you should def check out the full one 🙏
Recommendations for reactions:
Fool's Garden - Lemon tree ; a bit like britpop, english lyrics but the whole band is german
Falco - Out o the dark ; pop-rock-rap(Sprechgesang) a very unique style with a mix of german and english lyrics
Die Fantastischen Vier - Sie ist weg ; german rap with german lyrics
TicTacToe - Warum? ; three female rapper with german lyrics about their rough upbringing
u have a TON of videos to make a single reaction to it.. Beinhart Torfrock , Das Boot , Mädchen, Over the Rainbow by Marusha, Sie ist Weg and the TIc Tac Toe song ..lol .this willbe fun .. for us . for you not so much ^^
check definetly more falco out, falco is the best music ever coming out of austria xD
You should have included Die Toten Hosen doing 'Bonnie & Clyde'. Great official video too.
by a new german law (very controversal) you can use 15 seconds of a song. not more so even reactions to a song are basicly not allowed but 15 seconds should be ok so probably they dont know that
Cheap, assembled Eurodance from Germany was everywhere from 90-93 (i worked in a recordstore, trust me, lol) and Switzerland contributed to this hot mess with the horrible, horrible DJ Bobo who should´ve been jailed for what he did to music ;)
Watch AnnenMayKantereit with Toms Diner, Roxanne or Pocahontas! :D
Seeed -Dickes B
Bro JND stay tune👌👌
Twenty 4 Seven is Dutch 🇳🇱
not German *!* ☝️🤨
Dope video, you should react to Aura (ft. vardio) by Waymats
Please react on Dhallywood king megastar Shakib khan movie #Toofan last song #Asbe amar din ❤❤🇧🇩🇦🇺🇧🇩
I would recommend to react to Herbert Grönemeier - probably „Der Weg (live)“
Button to make it mute: m
DJ Bobo came from Switzerland.
Boooaaah. But he produced his Songs in Germany! Don't you read the disclaimer at the beginning?

Oi mate, NQLD here. Your A in Rammstein sounds to much english. It sounds more like a double sounds but in german it´s a (
Ah thanks for that!
But that’s cool it was done in Sydney!
