this happens when i try to open an application and I've tried opening it as an administrator but that still didn't work and I've tried all these methods but they haven't worked is there a different way to do it for an app

@@gamerr_06 I found a temporary fix you have to put ur pc in safe mode( Try holding SHIFT while restarting ur pc) then look for cmd prompt in safe mode then type in this command, net user administrator /active:yes
after that go back to ur windows and it should work. but this is only a temp fix so you have to do it every time you want to play which is super annoying, But this is the only thing i could find that would work.

I don’t think they have it in windows 11 home version if your running windows 11 or windows 10 home version bc I’m having the exact problem but I figured it out
