    Engineers running a country is a sure remedy for success. Teachers, pharmacists and lawyers should never be considered to
    Manage a country!

      Is it not the ultimate irony that the rolling BLACKouts are caused by Broad Based BLACK Economic Empowerment....I know exactly when the blackouts will stop...It is NEVER, it will NEVER stop. In fact, things in South Africa are going to get much, much worse before it gets...even worse than that...Get out while you can, if you cannot I feel very sorry for you...Get used to living without electricity, clean water, proper education, safety and security, with food shortages, poor healthcare, decaying infrastructure, 85% unemployment, mass starvation....
      BBBEE afraid...BBBEE very, very afraid....

      We need at least 8000MW back online now, this was foretold to Ramapoepol in 2016.

    This guy knows how to talk, and I don't even know what to say but for the mere fact that he's with ANC I don't trust him already.

    Sputla is a trained civil engineer, and it shows. He knows his stuff, and his excitement about Africa's untapped renewables potential is genuine. For renewables, southern Africa really is hard to beat. Now about those pesky copper thieves...

    Why is the camera work so bad?? We know how to concentrate, you don't have to keep skipping to graphics unrelated to the content and all the swishy camera angles. This isn't a movie.

    Anti ANC supporters will always find an excuse to discredit positive news. They’ve even gone as far as insinuating that loadshedding should continue, and only after the elections it should be dealt with by a supposed new government.
    Great work being done by the minister thus far. All strides need to be applauded, and it must loud.

    • @MrRyuken555
      @MrRyuken555 Год назад

      Yes there appears to be some respite from higher levels of load shedding. But the ANC is always reactive, they have let everything fall apart. They know that load shedding is the one issue that will truly hurt them come election time. Hence the reason they actually seem to be doing something. Everything has fallen apart under the ANC, from water and road infrastructure, social services, crime, education etc etc They are solely responsible for the suffering inflicted upon the South African populace. They should not be applauded for providing basic services, this is expected in any functioning country.

    Really? Where’s the big party? Just in case he didn’t know, we are really going through it… Stop lying and start producing. You have the mandate of the people and you are not delivering at all.
    I, as a South African, want to see you succeed! We are now begging you to deliver!

    Paraguay, Iceland, Sweden, Uruguay and Norway get 95% of energy from wind solar and hydropower dear minister

    • @CyrilKinsey

    • @serogolemogole2685
      @serogolemogole2685 Год назад

      You're being very economical with the truth here my friend, the examples you've cited are predominantly realiant on hydrothermal and geothermal energy sources, which range from 85-95% in their energy supply mix, and both those sources are not intermittent in nature unlike wind and solar, so please be honest if you hope to be taken seriously
