  • Join Clare, Lowenna and Yewande for a 20 minute workout designed to push your limits.
Warm up, start rowing and get fit by rowing along with Go Row Indoor Instructor Clare.
Indoor rowing is the perfect workout, helping you to get fit and tone-up, fast. It's easy to get started and you'll see the benefits of indoor rowing in no time.
Here are some exercise adaptions for the circuit exercises you can use if you can't follow along with Clare.
If you can’t do squat jumps, do a squat or a resisted crunch using dumbbells or a resistance band attached to the front of the machine.
If you can't do a plank, you could do a side bend or shoulder circles.
If you can’t do a plank pike, do a seated twist leaning back or an upright twist with your shoulders and arms only.

I would like to say thanks for the workout. The thorough explanation and guidance. My country doesn't have a rowing team, but to me you guys are my rowing team and I always cheer you for the Olympics. It's lock down and your workouts keep me motivated ❤🤗

Thanks BR & Claire as now I have 3 different real time video workouts to help break the schedule of piece work from a printout in a very cold garage! Good to see BR are responding to members feedback - more of the same would be appreciated 😎

1 month of rowing and a return to parkrun yesterday, after 16 months away. I thought i would be stop starting all the way round . I totally surprised myself, it felt like I was gliding, all be it at a slow and steady place. A strong finish without stopping and I felt the adrenaline rush for the rest of the day. I totally put this down to rowing with Clare. Mixing up your sessions and explaining why rowing is so beneficial keeps me motivated for an exercise i never thought i would do. Thank you 😊

I am working my way through all the workouts and #3 is definitely the most challenging so far, but just what I need. I need to work more on my core while continuing to build up rowing stamina. Thanks

What worries me is that I am teaching my Beginners to get the separation at the back end sorted before their body rocks over so they don't move forwards with bent arms. Do I need to revise my approach?
