Does anyone else think the track looks a bit cooler going backwards? It’s mostly the view of the bridge coming out of the first tunnel; that’s a FANTASTIC shot of the bridge.
If this course makes it in, they should do what they did for Peach Gardens and make the final lap backwards. They can can use the glider ramp in the RT variant to transition into going backwards.
considering how not interesting the original layout is, this would actually make the track very much worth putting in. If not, then it's best not to be in
I feel like the PTT trucks are a sign this will be in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. And look, I don't say this a lot, but this track deserves a 3rd console appearance. This version's more faithful than the DS version... even if you still can't access the big pipe at the beginning
I think it will come to the game, but the cars do not mean anything. Every course with moving traffic uses Mario Kart 8's vehicles. Most of the city courses have Mario Kart 8's vehicles behind arrow fences in some of their variants.

I would love to see this added to Mario Kart 8, and I think it stands a fair chance. It may be very simple and similar to other traffic courses, but it would be a perfect refreshing simple course for Wave 6. I mean, just look at how well made this remake is. Why would they bother making it look this good, or include so many of the original features just to leave it in Tour?
That's likely the reason why they removed it in the DS version as well as in Peach Beach in the Wii version. They're absolutely useless other than to get the Double Item Box.
