@@AuroraLucas10 Hi Aurora, ive got an update to share with you, on Monday 12/9 I went in for a brain MRI the result was negative for any cancer spreading to the brain, great news to hear. Spoke to my Ongologist yesterday Friday 12/13 to discuss my treatment, what I have is non-small lung cancer EGFR Exon 19 for my treatment is a daily pill called Tagrisso, I started today Saturday on my first medication, hopefully no bad side effect from meds and I'm hoping and praying it will shrink the cancer only time will tell. I'm scheduling a spine MRI on Monday will let you know how that turns out.. Hope you have a great weekend Aurora. Thanks Alex
@@alexpascua4756HI ALEX, that is GREAT NEWS!!!! 🎉 how has the Tagrisso been for you? And how did the scans on Monday go? Thank you so much for updating me! I really appreciate you. Thank you sharing your history for lung cancer. I was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer stage 4 in March 20/24. Before I was diagnosed with lung disease, saw my Primary Doctor same year. he requested to had blood tests so I did that so when he received the results told me to get ct scan for my kidney coz many years ago watching my kidney coz kidney stone when my doctor received the results from ct scans he referred me to see pulmonary doctor so gave lots of tests so doctors saw a ct scan then referred to get biopsy came positive so doctors given me referral to civilian for consultation so doctors scheduled me to had surgery I had 5 incension in body make sure lymph node. Thank you god didn’t had lymph node. After 2 weeks follow up surgery given me other x ray and was cleared. So my oncology called me to my treatment. My Oncology doctor said your getting immunotherapy for treatment to attack the cancer cell. I’m taking pills for my cancer cell. My first pet scan after surgery was ok. I’ll find out for second petscan in February hopefully is decreasing the cancer cells.
