Hi Suhas When the human cells & tissues have stopped serving the human body (human tissue here is the bone) and has rather become a source of pain and disability then we need to change them to the best available man made materials. If you don’t have any disease then you don’t need it.. it’s best to preserve what nature has given you but remember diseases are also a reality and we know human body gets sick. But this isn't a generally discussable material like social media rills. I am dam sure abt the costs of such operations. This needs extreme level of expertise n responsibility. The main issue lies in such a content being so lightly uploded served as fashion like a pizza or Vada pav. You are making it as easy as changing bike parts on daily basis. This is where people one day will surely are going to replace their organs. One day after 50 or 100 years bike repair wala will start replacing human organs... It's all about addicting humans by showing it's too easy...
