This executable uses the hosts file to change what happens when you route to a certain link on a computer. Safe & well-known browsers will always refer to the hosts file, however some sites offer a browser within a browser, unlocking any restrictions/hosts file changes. You will have to block these sites as well using WebBlock if you want to help ensure that the site will not be accessed.
