The 17th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile began today chaired by the Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel urging members to align their efforts with the aspirations of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and highlighting growing international support for the Tibetan cause. The session will review reports from various departments for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, discuss amendments to Certain articles of the Charter, and address resolutions of condolence.
