- FRESCO at burns road is mainly famous for their dahi baray and sweets but their breakfast is also on another level.
The prestigious Burns Road got its name from the famous Scottish Doctor named “James Burnes”, who worked for the Raj in the 19th century in Sindh.
According to a city planner and architect, Mr Arif Hasan Burns Road was constructed in 1870 and initially act as an artillery training and practice centre for the British Army.

Zia Bhai Namaskar. Another name for that mathri halwa in Delhi is Nagori Halwa. Bedmi is different. A poori made of coarse wheat atta and stuffed with Urad dal pitthi. Yahya bhai has covered these items in old delhi's nashta at Shyam Sweets of Chawri Bazar. Bermi is eaten with aloo tarkari Or kaddu( pumpkin) tarkari. Zia bhai, in Kolkata we call this Arbi paratha as Mughlai paratha, almost same recipe. Qeema, egg, spice and onion mix and then fried over a flat bread.

I have tasted all Qormas available in Purani Delhi, Luckhnow... but no one beats the Waheed hotel Qorma.
Request you to please record its making and sneak through their spices and recipe.
The taste, the aroma, the balanced spices in it sticks the qorma taste in your mouth for hours. EXCELLENT STUFF. I will wait for your video on this.

Felt good to listen Chambal bcz it's our district but it seems that the person doesn't know that Phoolan Devi was a dacoit of 1980's era, at the time of independence(1947) there was a famous dacoit Putli Bai who was killed in an encounter.
