My videoclip is when Vegeta (super Saiyan God) was released. I realized Blazzing Attack was the only way for me to win because it's can't be dodge by UI mechanic. Also, my only way to make ki without losing health was trying to get Perfect Blocks. The random stamina breaks were to try to confirm what could work.
If you watch seereax's "Keman" video you actually see that the number one ranked player in the entire world is a modder and just folds the poor man of BOWER. (F's in the comment section where!?)
TLDR: I use got mods just to give modders a taste of their own medicine. I have mods that I only use against other modders. When I find a modder, I jot down their name and if I find em again, I use my mods and I have the absolute best set of mods as I got a jailbroken ps4 and I can do whatever I please to my save.

I’m sorry if I were to mod the game I would do 2 things. 1 change the drop rate for skills and clothes. 2 add in clothes, accessories, and hairstyles (transformations included). I’m not particularly a fan of being on the receiving end of a Saitama punch in my Dragon Ball game. Also really loved the well timed body swap. To quote TAS Megaman “Your power is mine”.

So even if they dodge the punch, a fast acting super attack will be able to hit them into a combo. It's easy to exploit as long as they don't have a stagger-ignoring skill like peeler storm or marbler. But all of this assumes specific autododge types are used. Whis autododge will doge all attacks unlike the variant "xenohearse" used

8:07 Cabb if you reading this I think I can explain during most of Vegeta's combos you have to time it to do more damage during which a sound plays signalling youve done it the same sound also plays for Vegetas blazing attack so I think that the dodge took Vegeta's blazing attack start up as the timed hit either that or the move is fairly slow so it reacts to its start up time but doesnt have enough time for a second dodge
14:46 Cell was using a variety of quirks. But his sudden vanishing is Assault Vanish. The reason why he was crouching because that's Cell's poisoned/revived animation. Also, the reason why Blazing Attack is able to work due to either it engaging in an unvanishable attack, similar to how you could do the same to PQ UI Goku with many strike skills (He has similar auto-dodging capabilities in Tournament of Power Round 2, you would need to attack him so he can dodge, but immediately input a super attack such as Sledgehammer or Blazing Attack. Both works against him). I believe that modder used UI Goku's type of auto dodging, although since it's not exactly UI Goku (Since UI Goku has a much slower, one stamina bar at a time dodge), but instead a normal cast character, it balanced out, I guess. IDK, I don't use mods.

Female majins have a passive where they get faster stamina recovery when broken. Combine that with Rose Black's super soul "I like you better when you're mad" (which speeds the recovery even further ON TOP of gaining three bars of ki when broken), this allows female majins to have virtually infinite ki because they can just use a 3 bar evasive, break their own stamina, and get free ki with next to no punishment.
6:50 just a potential explanation but similarly to god fist with giant namekian since there's a cinematic the game counts it as "connecting" and does the full attack even though the modder dodged it.
The cell bending over is the effect of the poison like with goku he put his hand on his chest and bends over and pants, the teleporting is assault vanish from gogeta blue it takes a bar of ki and stamina but the modder has instant ki and stamina regen
the reason the first modded could be hit by blazing attack is because he was running the auto dodge from extreme malice which can be hit by a handful of super attacks
Sometimes I'll fight someone, beat them badly, and think they're a new player. Then they whip out the modded character and I learn they're just so uses to being invulnerable all the time, that they don't know how to play the game.

I always use my namekian for modders for the clutch health regen, the infinite, and the ranged darkness rush. I have two presets. One with remote serious bomb to get rid of modded transformations (assuming said transformation is possible to remove) and unblockable moves like timeskips, time control, etc. My other preset has brave sword as an ult because they often dont know what to do to avoid it because they're trash, genocide shell as a skill for modders who run the science teleport or warp as an evasive to get close. Its not the best for modders but ive racked up multiple wins with my way of doing it.
That’s just it, modders will dish out BS but if they get body changed they quit before they even have a taste of their own medicine, just goes to show that being a modder is too OP if even a modder isn’t willing to fight against his own preset.
I don’t know why, I can see this sort of deal as an anime; We got the pros of Xenoverse, and cheesy/spammy players that tainted the world of Xenoverse. Both group of players were quite the bitter enemies until the modders came into view. The modders have been such a pain in the ass and have been destroying the world of Xenoverse SO MUCH, that the pros and the cheesers banded together to take out their mutual enemy. In the end, they won, and both groups have made a truce and accepted each other’s ways.
