My mom and I visited our Brothers and Sisters in faith at Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte and join our Church event. We volunteered to make Bingka and Puto for everyone!
Ingredients for Bingka and Puto Pinalutaw
4kls white rice
12 cups water (para sa pag pagiling Ng bigas)
12 cups coconut cream (simmer)
6 cups fresh coconut milk
2 kilo white sugar
2-3 tbsp salt
4 tbsp yeast
50 grams baking powder

It’s in your genes and no one can replicate that. You are real. Bibingka is one of my favorite “ kakanin”. Nowadays it’s hard to find a place that serves kakanin made the authentic way. I was wondering IndayLyn if you are able to make your own "pugon"? Solar powered oven, so much sunlight in PhilPhilippines. My son travelled around our state using solar powered kitchenette, solar panel on top of his van. It even powered his litt l e fridge😊 so make this a mission I hope that you'll get a couple million views or more 😮😊😊
