I have worked under many different kinds of company structure. You know the kind. Shift supervisor, forman, boss all these higher ups telling you how to work. Those people, that structure takes the life and will and happiness and creativity out of your work.
The early settlers who founded this country where self managers. We have gotten so far away from what life and liberty and pursuit of happiness is.
Men know how to work. Men know naturally what is right and wrong. Men desire acomplisments in pay and a job well done. And when some men get out of line it is best that another man on equal terms with him enlightens or corrects him. Chris is right. I have never worked under a better system. This system is not perfect but we as men are not perfect.
This way of thinking and working prompts you to respect yourself and one another and the opportunity the company gives you to work. May I go as far to say it is a spiritual place where you can get to know yourself and others through the satisfaction of honorable work if you are open to yourself and humanity.
I look forward to another great season! Thanks!!!!
