Edd I can manage to ask how much and count up to about well a lot it’s handy to know chaiyaphum is ok 👍 and Khon khean lots to do udon Thani I was surprised how many foreigners were living there but a £1000 per month actually is all you need will you be doing chaing Mia Edd ?
Great video I live in sakon Nakon and go to udon best town in issan I stay next door to the old inn at the spm guesthouse only 450 a night worth a look.
Anybody visiting Udon who wants to go Ho Chi Minh Museum & House. If you look at Eddy’s previous Vid you will see lots of No.14 Baht Buses (Songtaews) by Bangkok Hospital. Get on one of them & they go across the ring road then about 8 Km further on they pass the road to Ho Chi Minh Museum & House. There are blue signs with white writing at the road entrance telling you it is 1 Km down the road & it’s sign posted all the way. The No.14 goes about 1 Km further on past the entrance road then turns round & goes back to Town the way it came.
Ho Chi Minhs replica house looks more comfortable than the place you stayed at on Soi4. Glad you are feeling more inspired in Udon, Ed. Thailand has so much more to offer than just Pattaya.
Yes thanks Ed, i was over there earlier this month, would have been great to have met you but our paths didnt cross. Keep enjoying what you do mate.@@STEADY599
The Korat plateau may have mountains but Loei and Phetchabun are referred to as the Switzerland of Thailand supposedly cool all year round . A lot of Swiss style houses have been built in Loei . I remember passing through Loei seeing them and thinking this is different ? You should be able to get a bus from Udon bus station to Loei that can take you all the way to Chang Mai if you want to look around . Everything cheap as chips .
Mamasan curry eh Ed ! 😂 Is it like a Massaman? Just joking...i know you got it mixed up....bar girls on the brain. All the food looked tremendously good 👌
Throw as many great temples, Thai food and room reviews into the mix as you want. But the truth is. If Thai women did not exist, this single male isn't flying there.😎
Do you drive Eddie? I was just wondering what it costs to hire/buy a standard car over there, how the petrol/gas prices compare to UK etc. and whether you'd even recommend driving in that country? If you don't drive maybe one of your viewers will advise. Cheers.
If he did that then all of his videos would be in bars or his bed. I've seen enough of his videos to know that he's sober much/most of the time. You obviously have an axe to grind with him, but you've crossed the line here since you're telling pork pies to make him look bad. I'm not interested in your porkies, but good luck to you anyway.@@MikeLickorish
I selected Udon Thani because it was the gateway to Phi Phrabat, and a hike delightful amongst bizarre rock formations. It's an easy two hr hike. The lotus lake I believe is also in season now, but I passed that up. Maybe I'd have done it with a chick. 555. Udon Thani also has a non-stop flight to Phuket that clinched the no-brainer. ........ I'm not a monger, but if I was, you're going to get same quality 40 plus girls you get in Pattaya. I stayed at Pannarai, and Moma God at the ATM Bar next door arranged all my needs, including a scooter, plus a video chat with my gf I was behaving. It's a city worthy of a visit, especially if you consider Nong Khao and other attractions. Been to many cities in the provinces and Udon fitted the best.
Was that a deliberate mistake calling it a Mamasan curry. A few videos ago you said Isan province, you were in Udonthani province. I do like your videos and still enjoy them. No worries
It's interesting that Eddie doesn't eat Thai food that often and often eats British food. I don't see that among younger people. Not hating, just saying.
Sophia pizza...the guy is Italian and imports some meats. Next to the Irish Clock. Has about 5 spag dishes and even a calzone. You should LOOK at Silver Reef hotel a few blocks closer to the mall. 400 baht, just no safe. Much lighter atmosphere
Pretty good content. You are putting Udon Thani on the map for the many of us who want to take a break from crowded Phuket and Pattaya. Safe travels Mr Eduardo. Salute!
Great food and good vid .. never heard of UT before you but looks interesting and different from the usual spots .. looking forward to vids from NK and Laos
ED,they all love you there maybe you can have that as your home base......and i am still looking for Leo beer here in CT in the good old USA!.....your the best ED!
It must be exciting to be able to move from place to place in reasonable comfort., Eddie. You must be soaking it all up. You didn't just sit on your arse moaning in England you got out there in to the wider World. Good vibes in your videos, Eddie. You are an engaging fellow. Enjoy your stay in Udon Thani.
@@STEADY599 Thank you, Eddie. I really enjoy your personal take on the interesting idiosyncrasies of Siam. Your videos are to -the -point, filled with good information,; they are interesting personal vignettes; they don't go on too long, and you have a very personable way of bringing it all to life for us viewing. Enjoy the experience.Get out there and savour it. Just remember how your life was so so different in rainy, grey- skied old England, Eddie.... Thank you, too, Eddie.
Ho Chi Minh manufactured history? Or a misinterpretation of the displays? Or some deliberate irony (home of a joint Thai-American air force base, and home of Air America?). First I ever heard of Ho Chi Minh actually living there (if that was in fact what was being portrayed, and not his historical circumstances elsewhere, which makes much more sense).
Where do you get that terrible music, it’s that load at the start you can’t hear what your saying. Too much music means you have biting to show or sau Ed, u turned this one off after 3 mins
You’d think that right? After drinking with ice for a week it was fine. The water helps keep you hydrated, and you sweat it off fast. That’s only when you’re outside, I don’t when I’m in air conditioning.

I would be happy to visit a historic part of a revolutionists life, who fought endlessly for the Independence of the stunning and incredibly successful country, known as Vietnam. The same as I would visit Trat,, to see the history of Pol Pots time there. History is a great education, wherever it is. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Very enjoyable video enjoyed seeing about Ho Chi Minh some history i didn't know, rest of the video was great
Glad to hear it!

You should! Good place
The Old Inn is my go to hotel in Udon. I was there when I saw you streaming next door last week.
The bathroom looked very very very efficient.

@@georgettenorth2776 Yeah let's see how it goes.
Thailand has several pictures and replicas of the Eiffel Tower. I have no idea why but every city has some reference.
Same in department stores in the Philippines. Think the Chinese are churning them out..

Ice in your beer Ed?
Just needed it to be extra cold
