Another great way to make money early on is money trees. You could just dig up one of the golden shiny things on the ground ( one spawns every day) and plant 1,000 bells, or you you could dig a shiny bit, and bury 10,000 bells to get 30,000 bells in return when the money tree grows, and has bells hanging from the tree. Another tip for this method, don't let the money trees grow, instead, plant a 10,000 bell money tree and dig it up when you plant it and plant the nursery money trees in a line to make it easier to harvest and get a lot of money in one day, and with time travel you could pay off your loan and have enough money to pay half the next loan within one hour, but the time travel does get tedious after a while
67 fruit trees (not coconuts) give you 200 fruit which sells for 500 ( unless it’s your island’s main fruit) which gives you 100k time travel twice in the morning twice in the afternoon, and twice at night that’s 600k, takes like 10 minutes.
finally someone who plants a bunch of foreign fruit trees and just sells all those fruits for like 150k+ half of my island will pretty much be fruit trees
Quick daily tip, requires jumping pole, ladder and bug net, everyday shake all the trees that don’t bear fruit. Everyday I think it’s like 5 trees that hold wasps. Shake all the non fruit trees. Do it everyday until Flick comes around. They sell for a decent amount. All I know is it’s like upwards of 2,500 bells per wasp.

Hey there! So when you sell items through the drop box, your Nook Phone will immediately start ringing when you exit your house for the first time the next day. Then the bells will actually go straight into your bank account! The value selling through the dropbox is a little bit less though (just 80% of the value you'd get selling normally). So it's kind of like a convenience fee.

Yes, definitely! Back when I made this video, deep sea diving had only been out for a few weeks so I didn't have the chance to test it fully yet. But you are 100% right. You can make bells fast doing that.

How far into the game are you? Tom Nook will eventually show you how to craft if you just keep doing the earl game tasks for him. Then you can sell your crafted items at Nook's Cranny!

I just started playing this game and I noticed that selling the conch and hermit crab sells for like 700 to 900 bells
