    Wild kelp is known to be one of the most potent sources of minerals available in the PLANT KINGDOM? Very surprising considering it's not classified within the plant or plantae kingdom haha. It's an algae, a PROTIST :)

    I love seaweed so much. So much so, I could eat this shit like popcorn. that's probably not very good for my thyroid.

    • @Emmawatsonevolution
      @Emmawatsonevolution 6 лет назад +3

      Landon Thomas why would it not be good for your thyroid? You think popcorn with gmo margarine sprayed on it and chemical salt poured on it would be better?

    • @ST0RM777iii
      @ST0RM777iii 6 лет назад +7

      @H N yeah that's a lie and total fear mongering. it will do the opposite and is extremely good for hyperthyroidism.

    • @baersworld.8812
      @baersworld.8812 5 лет назад +3

      @@ST0RM777iii edgar is right, peopel with hypothyroidism should not worry about consuming too much iodine.
      You dont want to take an iodine supplement, thats where the danger is - like the ones that are made from rocks and in a lab behind the white coats.
      If you take seaweeds, you can take as much as you want really and your body will just piss/shit out what it dosent need at that time.
      That is a big scare to scare people from taking care of themselves.
      Dont believe everything you hear or read online, and in this case know the difference.
      Man-made lab-made mineral supplements (especially idodine) is dangerous.
      If you are getting minerals and vitamins from natural sources, like foods, like seaweeds..then you need not fear of overdose or over doing it, even with a thyroid issue - it wont hurt you in anyway, matter of fact it will have the opposite effect it will nourish your thyroid and correct the issues.
