See shampoo only clean our scalp & hair so u can use any paraben sls free shampoo but make sure that u use the same conditioner which is recommended by ur salon expert
I don’t think so u will get the same result bcs salon experts know the right technique and they have all the equipments and if you want do it by yourself.. you have to be very careful otherwise you can burn your hair strands
