Day 1..Rob and I set out all the way to Mozambique, Africa from Dallas, Texas in hopes to encounter debatably the hardest fighting fish in the world. This trip has been long in the making. With the help of Peter James and Neil we have been planning this trip since our last journey to Africa in January and since then we have been dying to go back. In '86 on the Enterprise we anchored off Oman and we were fishing off the fantail and several times fish broke our lines like it was thread. We caught a ton of red snapper and the Mess Cooks cooked everything for us. Enjoyed every bite.

Jon, after watching this video I realized how much you don't know about saltwater fishing. It's so much more than bass fishing because your options of species are endless. I like this change and you could expand your channel exponentially if you continue this saltwater trend. Hit up Lawson or other saltwater anglers for good fishing and content. Never stop 🤙🏻

Hi Jon, I am very fortunate that I go to vilonculos every year late July. I recommend both Bazaruto and Magaruque island for GTs. last I caught a 10kg GT and that pretty much kicked my ass, can't imagine what a 30-50kg fish would do!!!

Hey Jon, I think you will find the lures you got will work fine. There are some massive GT's here in Australia around North Queensland and the Northern Territory, and the lures used are almost identical to what you guys purchased if not exactly the same. Cheers and Give Em Heaps 👌🏽. 👍🏽😎🇦🇺.
