Its most certainly a weight problem. if the machine can maintain forward progress cutting that deep and the tracks slip its cuz it aint heavy enough. With the older heavy machines if the rear track is slipping it would usually mean the mouldboard down pressure isn't set properly but with Wirtgen....who knows. Have you burned up a track motor or had any problems with the drives?
the machine was new way back 13 years ago and it needed some calibration Wirtgen got it sorted out and we are still using this machine with 10,000 hours and counting
turn off the auto leveling for the back tracks and put it down a bit turn back door pressure all the way down
