After watching this video, I feel like it only emphasizes how I think the aaliyah biopic would've been slightly better had Zendaya played Aaliyah, but her dropping out only shows how much respect and admiration she had for the deceased artist.
She didnt drop out. Zendaya tried to get in touch with the parents but they didnt want to speak with her. They didnt want anything to do with zendaya and she felt that if Aaliyah's parents wouldnt cooperate then she shouldnt do the part if Aaliyah's parents didnt want her to.
I'm not exactly sure what happened to be honest. Everyone said she dropped out, so that's what I believed. But either way I still think that she saved her career as well as showed that age had enough respect for Aaliyah to not be involved with that project.

Talk to a Latino Iam the same complexion as aaliyah with the combination skin some areas are lighter then others and Latinos tell.me Iam dark skin so do indians. So her the this girl are completely different skin tone but I think the girl would have been awesome when she is just maybe a lil bit older.
Why cant people be content? People always have a problem with something. Why not buck up and accept things even when you don't like them? In my opinion Zendaya would have been perfect, Keke Palmer would have been good too. Alexandra Shipp may turn out pretty good as well but people are still upset with even her playing. In other words im saying people should be a little more happy and content for each other just to shine some light on a dark world.
