Hello, the temp was around 77 degrees. The daily temps usually range from 72 low, to 83 high. Safety , well yes I know Ecuador has had in increase in crime, mainly narco, gangs, stuff like that. I do feel safe in theses smaller coastal towns. Im here to stay .

I think the paraglider was someone's private toy, but I think they have paragliding in Puerto Lopez.
