Is it worth checking the cam sensors? Or the OCV’s? I just changed the oil and replaced exhaust side vvt solenoid and check engine light came back on

Could it aslo be the dowel pin walking into the camshaft phaser?

Hi. Thank you for the video!! My 2017 Santa Fe had engine light on. P0014. Then light was off in the morning. I checked oil and it was very low. I went ahead and changed the oil. If the lights doesn’t not come back should be ok? Or should I take the car to the dealership for a check up? What do you think?

It never hurts to get things checked out. Personally, I would wait and see if the code came back.

No way to tell if it's intake or exhaust?

Change or clean both to be safe.
