I feel sad for Dreamcatcher - super talented group, both vocals and choreo. You can compare them as the female Vixx or the dark GFriend (but they are their own group). Sadly because they have that Jrock sound, they just don't get the same attention in Korea that they do internationally (the same problem that KARD has). While their albums sell decently, they can't get any singles on the Korean charts. Still amazed that neither Piri nor Deja Vu (that last mv better get consideration for MV of the year) got them their first win or even break into the top 80 on Gaon (heck, Piri and What both hit top 15 in Japan). It's just unfair

WJSN debuted 2016, CLC in 2015 all 3 groups have been waiting for their moment and only one can come out on top. What hfe does with dc comebacks is very smart yet stupid at the same time. Dc are always coming back when a lot of big groups are coming back so when fans of those groups are waiting to see there faves, they end up seeing dc along the way. This way it brings in a lot of new fans but it also stops us from getting a first win. At first I was sad seeing this video, but now I'm furious. I know that their music is not for everyone, but they really need to be recognized for their talent. Creating and composing songs in DC style are very complicated. I used to make music and bands such as Epica and Nightwish are my favorite, so when I found DC I was very excited to hear everything they have to offer. But seeing them getting treated like this is just insane, I truly wish they get their first win already.
Let me be honest here, as person that listen to slipknot, nightwish, suicide silence, shadow of intent, acrania, and any that death brutal blablabla bands i really said that no hate here kpop song is not really my thing, BUT Dreamcatcher has their spot in my heart. Watching this after another absolute debacle by SBS really hurt a lot. I hate seeing them sad so much because we all know they deserve everything they dream of and work for. I am honestly shocked they don't have a single win. They are so talented and have such amazing live performances it's really surprising to me they aren't more popular.
I want to say something I noticed just based on this video and is only my opinion. I found Dreamcatcher during the Piri CB, which I thought was incredible. Then I listened to all their other music and couldn't believe they did not have a win yet. Their songs are unbelievable catchy and well done, their voices are beautiful and their dances are beyond anything I've ever seen by another girl group. I love that I don't have to constantly watch cutesy performances. They have fierce/strong performances. I believe they are fierce and strong women. After watching their hardships, this reminds me a lot of a hardships video made for BTS. It gives me hope that soon, Dreamcatcher will have their success soon. Please don't take this the wrong way. I know nothing about Dreamcatcher's company, but I know they aren't one of the "big 3." I've seen videos of BTS working and Dreamcatcher seems to have the same work ethic. The only reason I am making the comparison is, I want to spread hope that they will be successful soon. Maybe they need to find a formula for reaching k-pop fans outside Korea and try an international fanbase? I don't want to step on toes and make people angry, I just want more Dreamcatcher.

I was shocked when I saw they didn't get any 1st win. These group have a very cool and epic rock vibe, very cool side tracks, well producted MV, this is so so sad to see they didn't get half the recognition they deserves ! DREAMCATCHER is supposed to do a concert in my country in November but the scene is only standing seat, no balcony and I'm short, so I'm really wondering if it's worth to come if I didn't see anything, but damn I want to support them... I feel sad for Dreamcatcher - super talented group, both vocals and choreo. You can compare them as the female Vixx or the dark GFriend (but they are their own group). Sadly because they have that Jrock sound, they just don't get the same attention in Korea that they do internationally (the same problem that KARD has). While their albums sell decently, they can't get any singles on the Korean charts. Still amazed that neither Piri nor Deja Vu (that last mv better get consideration for MV of the year) got them their first win or even break into the top 80 on Gaon (heck, Piri and What both hit top 15 in Japan). It's just unfair

I fell in love pretty much immediately, and it breaks my heart seeing them passed over time and time again, when they have _so_ much talent and drive and heart.

What hfe does with dc comebacks is very smart yet stupid at the same time. This way it brings in a lot of new fans but it also stops us from getting a first win. At first I was sad seeing this video, but now I'm furious.
I know that their music is not for everyone, but they really need to be recognized for their talent. Creating and composing songs in DC style are very complicated. I used to make music and bands such as Epica and Nightwish are my favorite, so when I found DC I was very excited to hear everything they have to offer.
But seeing them getting treated like this is just insane, I truly wish they get their first win already.

I want to say something I noticed just based on this video and is only my opinion. I found Dreamcatcher during the Piri CB, which I thought was incredible. Then I listened to all their other music and couldn't believe they did not have a win yet. Their songs are unbelievable catchy and well done, their voices are beautiful and their dances are beyond anything I've ever seen by another girl group. I love that I don't have to constantly watch cutesy performances. They have fierce/strong performances. I believe they are fierce and strong women.
After watching their hardships, this reminds me a lot of a hardships video made for BTS. It gives me hope that soon, Dreamcatcher will have their success soon. Please don't take this the wrong way. I know nothing about Dreamcatcher's company, but I know they aren't one of the "big 3." I've seen videos of BTS working and Dreamcatcher seems to have the same work ethic. The only reason I am making the comparison is, I want to spread hope that they will be successful soon. Maybe they need to find a formula for reaching k-pop fans outside Korea and try an international fanbase? I don't want to step on toes and make people angry, I just want more Dreamcatcher.

Everytime i watch dreamcatcher struggles, i wish that they all are part of my country girl group. I believe they will be more and more recognize. Such a talent, sigh.
