Wet and Cold, SKSE + SkyUI are literally the only arguably essential mods in this list and Wet and Cold is being extremely generous (not everyone wants to have to worry about the snow?) Not to mention that SKSE is a mandatory install if you're going to be using SkyUI. I rate this list 2 dead puppies out of 7.

Half of what you mention have been mod staples for years. Ease up on the overcooked sarcasm a bit, i don't think 12 year old kids play Skyrim much.
The footprints mod was on Xbox but was taken down for some reason

i would take some of these mods only to enhance the game to make it more better and realistic to the game
