I'm definitely no Branded expert, but it seems to me like this banlist basically puts Branded at the same place it's at in Master Duel and the OCG. And it's still putting up some results as around a tier 3 deck in those formats. I don't think I've ever seen anyone play Left Arm for Grass in Branded, but it's probably fine.
Like I get it's definitely an odd move, but my rationale is that Branded does *have* cards they want to banish, and resolving Grass is almost as good as resolving BF itself. But then again, the not being able to set is the biggest downside. I'd still be cool with swapping the Left Arms and Queritis for a DPE Package.
