  • If you haven’t taken advantage of the spectacular spring sea bass fishery in southern New England, there’s still plenty of time. The water is still cold and the “bumpheads” are biting like mad in 20’ to 35’ of water.
Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, has earned a reputation as “sea bass central”, and New England Boating’s Tom Richardson recently sampled the action there on one of the rare calm days we’ve had this season. In the accompanying video, he shows how to target this abundant, family-friendly and great-eating species!
