Sometimes when my anxiety is really bad and I’m incredibly tense I can’t enjoy typical asmr because it’s too quiet or too slow and it feels unnerving, and your asmr videos are the only ones I’ve ever been able to find that match my energy and calm me at the same time enough to take me from insanely tense and anxious to relaxed enough to be able to enjoy asmr or any other relaxing video
