    on LV side of transformer at point A you can simply find the fault current by dividing the phase current by %Z, i.e assuming 415V side is star connected and so line and phase current will be same, I ph= 1000/(sqrt(3) x 0.415) = 1391.205A and then divide this by %Z i.e 1391.205/0.06 = 23.186 kamps is the short circuit current and 105% voltage it will be 23.186kA x 1.05 24.35kA.
    Actually no need to find the impedance in ohm and that the transformer LV side impedance when you specify in ohm, when you specify in %Z then only its t/F impedance irrespective of LV and HV.
    Can you explain what is mean by 5 run cable, I assume on 415Volt side you have 3 bushing and each bushing have at least 1 cable , then how you counted them as 5 run. Are you taking 5run/phase

    Can we connect 15 panels with 10A Isc with 1 panel of 13A Isc in series
    any damage expected here ?

      You can but your 13 A panel output will work as a 10 A Panel because of series connection.

      Per KW generation will depend on plant installation if plant is installed in a correct way than this will generate approx. 4.5 Unit

      Incorrect 1.05 cames from 105% voltage applied in primary at which we achieved full load current at secondary @solarfacts4242
