Taking a phrase from the now viral Katt Williams interview, Adams didn’t take any shortcuts to get his chance to be the head man as GM for the Commanders. I like the hire and loved how the GM search and interview process was done
Peters also has a connection to Shane Waldron, who was an Operations intern, Operations Assistant, Offensive Quality Control coach, and then TE Coach in New England from 2002 to 2009, while Peters was in New England from 2003 to 2008 as a Scouting assistant, Pro Scout & Area Scout. I think A HC Mike McDonald, OC Shane Waldron staff would be great for us. A chance to fix both sides of the ball. Waldron is a great play designer and the guy's more than a QB Whisperer, he's a QB resurrector. That would probably fit very well with Sam & the fact I think Peters is gonna swerve QB in the draft, possibly swap back 1 spot like he did in his 1st year in San Fran, go BPA(MHJ), and build out the roster before trying to plug in another QB.
I really hope we land B. Johnson as HC, his choice at OC and Anthony Weaver as DC. Talk about talent. With this ownership group I could see this happening. #HTTC

I'd love to hear Logan talk about Mike McDonald and his defensive scheme - to me, he's up there with Ben Johnson as one of the top 3 HC candidates for WAS. I also know that the league is cyclical and it's a matter of time before the league is defensively focused again. Idk if that's next year or in 10 years. But if it is headed towards that direction, I'd rather have WAS be that trendsetter than the one forever chasing the trend like the past 20 years. Could Mike McDonald be that trendsetter or is he just another above avg candidate that'll be good, but not great?
We need to discuss how Macdonald held Ben Johnson to 6 points, Slowik to 9, McDaniel to 19 and Shanahan to 19. He’s the antidote to these young offensive guys. Yea we can hop on board with these guys in these schemes and join the crowd and beat up on the mediocre teams doing that, but how do we beat the teams that are doing the same thing when we get to the playoffs with them????
I use to love watching when Paulson is on but when I see him more and more he's a company guy that to me personally doesn't keep his opinions to reality especially when it comes to coach Ron and Sam Howell..Logan is awesome with his knowledge of the game but I wish he would be more upfront like hid counter parts on his other shows...
Washington has been good the 9ers as well. T Williams and C Young and if I'm not mistaken even Kyle. Good Luck Commanders and knock off those cowboys for years to come.
This hire is worth 4 wins...........get an offensive HC, that's 4 more wins............get a good QB, that's 2 to 4 more wins. I'll take that over the last 25 years.

Just finished watching the cowboys postgame after getting crushed and leaving after 1st round....so sweet
This is going to be good!

Great factoid. That’s sooooo important.

Great thought. We can try and talk about this Tuesday or Thursday this coming week 🤙🏼

Thanks again for your perspectives. Good stuff!! Ford

It's bout time we catch up
Does this give Washington the inside track to Slowik since they were both in SF?
If they want him. We’ll see if that’s the direction. Think Johnson is still the favorite.

We already had 4 wins…So 4+4+4 is 12 wins even without taking a QB! Plenty good enough for a playoff run!
We have soft players especially our DB room subtract 4 wins. Lmao
Only 103 days until day 1 of the draft! It will come fast.
Why not hire Mike Mcdonald HC and Weaver as the DC and keep EB
I wasn't for a D minded head coach, but if went this route, this would be the guy I'd want.
We need to convince Logan to be TE coach for us
I sure hope that if Chicago trades Fields, Washington sends a second to them and then trades down their #2 for a bunch of picks.
Keep JB as back up
Have to re-sign him. He’s a free agent. Was only a one year deal.
IF YOUR LEFT HAND HAS BEEN UP FOR LONGER THAN 24 HOURS, PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If we do get Ben Johnson and not Mike MacDonald (who is my favorite), can we at least get Jesse Minter for DC??? Please
Is it any chance we still get both McDonald & Johnson?
