IMO, she was heavy set and when she heard Katt talking about his cheffing skills etc. I think she got jealous and doesn’t really eat well herself. She wanted to make herself look superior to him.
Even I asked myself the same thing. Why on earth would you say that? FYI she wasn’t even supposed to discuss his kids etc (that’s why I personally feel like she wasn’t genuine from the start).
