The market crashes are also THE best time to buy up the gear you've been waiting to get. Look at the purchase floor before recent raises, and as soon as the Item price brushes beneath that line, you're pretty much safe to buy the Item as there is typically a kneejerk reaction back up. Typically this happens under 1-2 days, so good look grabbing some bargains! (This is how I've managed to acquire some 25-50% of the gear I own for good prices)
I don’t understand the whole coffee thing. Are you telling me I can put an item in deaths coffer and then it’s marked up 1.5% and then I can just take out the money? How does that make any sense?
No. It’s a given that you will over the course of the next X months, and when u die it costs you money; money from your bank is just money from your bank. If you buy an item for half the price it really is, then put that item into your coffer. You’ve just ‘doubled’ your money. It’s a 5% markup ontop of what it ‘thinks’ the price actually is
Sad to see gold being devalued cuz of lack of gold sinks, makes money makers that drop lot of alchables less significant.... Wish Jagex increases the GE tax or found other ways to get rid of gold like degradable armour and weapons. Introducing an organic item sink instead of using the GE tax to sink items would also be nice.... like RS3's invention.

Brilliant analysis, love the graphs
Love the chill background music you use
How much did your day 1 shadow sell for? Also good luck on dt2 loot!
👀 might have been a day 4 shadow. But from memory 1550-1650m
So even from an ironman perspective I do this! I wait for my items to jump in price with new content then dump dupes for bonk death coffer

Gold is not being devalued. There's a higher gold sink now than there ever was in the history of this game
That only applies to ironmen as alchables are basically price locked on the ge to their high alch value plus near the cost of a nature rune

Fang isn't the best anywhere else lol.
