First Archive your post photo, reels etc then go to settings and Archie you can delete them .

If delete option is not showing.. Just switch your account into private then you will be able to see delete option. Once its deleted you can switch to public

I was having that same confusion as many of you, that is not finding the delete button, but looking very carefully, there is the delete button at the end of the drop down menu. Its just that the colour of the delete button is almost same as the background, so its almost impossible to see it at one go.

You have to archive it first. then go to archive where it says "story", change that to post. click on your post, then click on the three dots on the top right corner and you will see delete at the bottom.
