Wuyi Yancha (Rock Tea) is probably the most legendary tea in China. The myths about how the tea got its name, the anecdote about Chairman Mao and Nixon, the first tea auction to reach
a stratospheric price tag. There are endless stories surrounding Da Hong Pao. No, they aren't related. Dian Hong is a black tea from Yunnan Province.
