That wasn't technically a "Warowl" flash, it's just that many people saw Warowl do it so they think it's coming from him. Karrigan is a also an IGL with mind blowing smokes and flashes in the past, so I'm not surprised that he managed to do a flash like that

@priyatham Reddy the timing of the shots gave away their positions, but it had to be quite a strong read from niko, unfortunately for him he was overfocused on other things, can't blame him for that

He's not even that bad. I guess just when you got simple, electronic, bit on your team you can't really "shine". Since the moments to do so are moments where the rest died and your in trouble anyway.
