They need to get paid more! The woman (brand ambassador in the Netflix series, the daughter) who said "they're here for something higher, bigger, better than money" was clearly and definitely given that response by the PR department. It was see-through horse shit. They could dip into their millions and offer a fair wage for this incredibly hard work.
Right! Imagine if instead of million dollar contracts the male football players were told they get “brotherhood and friends for life, because there’s not that many opportunities in professional sport” 🙄

I get its a football game but you would think the screens would stay in the preformance instead of showing random clips of players. This dance is awesome amd better than any clip they played.
The UCLA spirit squad did a much better job with this song. This song is about pulse. The long strides and pageantry choreography didn't work for me. I am a musician who can dance. You have to match that pulse because it's an electric pulse.

Just finished watching the DCC series on Netflix & the work that these beautiful women put into these performances is outstanding. I have so much respect for them. I do hope that the people that are in charge of the screens give them the recognition that they deserve. It's the least that they can do.
It would have been amazing if I got to see their entire performance and not stupid clips of the football players. From what I saw, they did great. I started watching them on Netflix and never realized how hard they worked until now. They descend better.

I really felt bad for Ari. She tried so hard and gave it 200% but she literally has no chance since they think she’s too short. Victoria lost my respect when she basically gave Kelli and Judy an ultimatum regarding her returning for a fifth year. She has to earn a spot just like every other girl yet seemed to expect it(and a leader role) to be handed to her already on account of her being a four-year veteran. That guy during the solo auditions really had her number when he implied she phoned it in.

I wonder how much choreography Judy does. The reality show never shows her teaching the squad, it is always others. Sometimes she is in the front counting off, but she seems more like a director of choreography rather than someone who actually puts the routines together. Given her age, I am not sure Judy knows much about hip hop dancing, but is great at hiring others to design the DCC routines.
These girls put has much effort if not more than the men on the field yet they get 0 recognization that is outraging. I have watched the netflix documentary and watched making the team for years on the DCC girls and the amount of work, pain, dedication into this performance is insane and they couldn't even play that on the big screen for 5 minutes, it's so disrespectul. Props to them, we see you and your work and you're all amazing girls !!!

And I'm always happy and thankful to have videos about the whole value chains of Cheerleading. I love focusing on its structural approach. There's also a beautiful contagion effects because now we've many Juniors Cheerleaders in the whole country.

seeing how little respect they got here makes me sit back and cringe at the entire foundation of being a cheerleader...women just out here cheering for men while they play their sport? how about no, we don't need to cheer for you. these women are incredible athletes, and they should just pursue dance instead. to hell with "cheerleading".
