Thalassemia is a serious issue no need to dramatise
The lady doctor didn't communicate properly and creat the fuss
They were roaming all around from a long time she should educate her cousin about this issue b4 moving forward and dramatise the matter
Beside the seems quite educated they will agree if the matter discussed nicely

Our community commonly practices this and we never committed unless the test done .so writer can do more better.

These short stories tell good messages and hats off to them in trying to bring awareness to social issues. The drama should have been a little bit longer and at least have a mother and son apologize to mother and daughter and have the on air show with this topic.

@mq2311 it's not just cousin marriges a lot if dissabilty is in non cousin marriges too. Look in other countries and there are lots of disable kids who are not even farly related

@sairafatima85 if you and your family only marry in kinship family...then yes, there is greatest chance to get genetic disability...if not in this generation then definitely next generation someone will be born handicap.....so prevention is better than regretting....I don't know how brother sister get marry to eachother...feels weird 😬...isn't it?..
