Prosciutto Ribbon Tutorial

Prosciutto makes a great addition to any charcuterie board - but how do you style it? Here is my favorite way!

Take one piece of prosciutto and place it flat down on your work space/cutting board. Fold the bottom up towards the top just below the white part of the prosciutto. Pick it up and start folding/curling it inward like a ribbon (I always think of the ribbon candy while I do this). Gently squeeze the bottom together so it holds in place and Voilà!

*Pro Tip*: Use a thicker slice of prosciutto - my favorite is the @traderjoes Brand.

*Pro Tip*: Keep your prosciutto in your refrigerator until its time to start styling. The colder the better when it comes to prosciutto.
