Mister Sam why the color box in the Lt image towards the head and in the Rt image is towards the feets? Please explain to us this point

It is done to keep the doppler angle away from being perpendicular to the vessel. It does not matter whether the color box is directed towards the head or feet. That is random. We just need a sufficient doppler angle (60/45 degrees) to evaluate blood flow.
