The chapter in Isaiah isn't talking about a "fallen angel." It literally never mentions an "angel" or the word "satan." It's talking about a historical king, the king of Babylon. If you read Isaiah in context, it's clearly talking about a man. This video is also confusing the chapter in Ezekiel which talks about the Phoenician King of Tyre, with the King of Babylon in Isaiah. Ezekiel was comparing the King of Tyre with Adam, who was in Eden, but then cast out of Eden. The modern English verse in Ezekiel saying "you were an anointed guardian cherub" is a false translation. If you go to the oldest version of Ezekiel found in the Septuagint, it reads, "you were with the guardian cherub." It wouldn't make sense for "Lucifer" to be a cherub anyways, as a cherub was a type of animal, and not some god-like "angel." This narrative of "Lucifer the fallen angel" is entirely imagined by Christians who misinterpret both Jesus and the Hebrew scriptures. Notice how in all of these scriptures that Christians think are about "Lucifer," whether it's the serpent in Genesis, the king of Tyre, or the king of Babylon, all of these figures in the end of the chapters are defeated and never talked about again in the Hebrew bible. They are never in the Hebrew scriptures represented as some active evil spiritual force in the world.

@@tryquill2009 Maybe you're the one on the wrong path who needs to do research. Cherubs were types of guardian animals that were in cultures even outside the bible. They were many times depicted in statue form like in Babylon, where they symbolically guarded entrances of cities.

I actually have a theory, that Satan/Lucifer didn’t fall until he led Man&Woman to sin. When God cursed Man and Woman he also cursed the Serpent who was Lucifer in disguise. He told that the Serpent would crawl and eat the dust for all his days, this is what I interpret as Lucifer falling from heaven to earth (as Jesus described it falling like lightning).
Don’t twist the words of the Bible. Satan fell when he sinned in heaven and God sent him down. This was before Adam and Eve were created. He fell before men and women sinned.

Helel is the original name used in Isaiah, not Lucifer. Lucifer is from Greco Roman mythology and is not found in Semitic mythology at all. Helel was NOT an angel, he was a GOD in Canaanite paganism. And this is just one more line of evidence that Judaism arose from Canaanite paganism. This passage is talking about a king, comparing him with Helel the fallen deity, who pissed off the supreme deity his father, who was also a father of El, the God Israel later gave an undeserved promotion to. You should actually research the name Lucifer, as this is is not Satans real name, and was given far after the old testament was written. In fact if Satan had a real name, it would have the letters EL in it such as the other main angels in the bible. And the only name given to Satan that may be his real name is Beelzebul, which does have the letters EL in it. Other angels such as Michael and Gabrielle both have the letters EL in them. EL is hebrew for god, and is often used in heavenly things, such as the angELs, or other names for god such as ELohim. Jesus never refers to Satan as Lucifer, but rather refers to Satan as Satan, devil, or Beelzebul, or descriptions of him.

Now let us look where GOD has spoken, and TOLD the Israelites to DO AS THEY WANT with the tithe, INCLUDING buying _wine_ or _strong drink_ and ENJOYING IT. Not giving the "tithe" to some jackleg "preacher". And the tithe was ONLY for the jew living in the promised land that directly raised any animals or crops. (There is all sorts of generalization and assumptions done by people to muddy our understanding) Satan is a separate entity from the beast and the false prophet in Revelation 13. The chapter in Isaiah isn't talking about a "fallen angel." It literally never mentions an "angel" or the word "satan."
It's talking about a historical king, the king of Babylon. If you read Isaiah in context, it's clearly talking about a man.
This video is also confusing the chapter in Ezekiel which talks about the Phoenician King of Tyre, with the King of Babylon in Isaiah.
Ezekiel was comparing the King of Tyre with Adam, who was in Eden, but then cast out of Eden. The modern English verse in Ezekiel saying "you were an anointed guardian cherub" is a false translation.
If you go to the oldest version of Ezekiel found in the Septuagint, it reads, "you were with the guardian cherub."
It wouldn't make sense for "Lucifer" to be a cherub anyways, as a cherub was a type of animal, and not some god-like "angel."
This narrative of "Lucifer the fallen angel" is entirely imagined by Christians who misinterpret both Jesus and the Hebrew scriptures.
Notice how in all of these scriptures that Christians think are about "Lucifer," whether it's the serpent in Genesis, the king of Tyre, or the king of Babylon, all of these figures in the end of the chapters are defeated and never talked about again in the Hebrew bible.
They are never in the Hebrew scriptures represented as some active evil spiritual force in the world.

I actually have a theory, that Satan/Lucifer didn’t fall until he led Man&Woman to sin. When God cursed Man and Woman he also cursed the Serpent who was Lucifer in disguise. He told that the Serpent would crawl and eat the dust for all his days, this is what I interpret as Lucifer falling from heaven to earth (as Jesus described it falling like lightning).
Don’t twist the words of the Bible. Satan fell when he sinned in heaven and God sent him down. This was before Adam and Eve were created. He fell before men and women sinned.

Helel is the original name used in Isaiah, not Lucifer. Lucifer is from Greco Roman mythology and is not found in Semitic mythology at all.

You should actually research the name Lucifer, as this is is not Satans real name, and was given far after the old testament was written. In fact if Satan had a real name, it would have the letters EL in it such as the other main angels in the bible. And the only name given to Satan that may be his real name is Beelzebul, which does have the letters EL in it. Other angels such as Michael and Gabrielle both have the letters EL in them. EL is hebrew for god, and is often used in heavenly things, such as the angELs, or other names for god such as ELohim. Jesus never refers to Satan as Lucifer, but rather refers to Satan as Satan, devil, or Beelzebul, or descriptions of him.

Did it ever occur to you that Lucifer might be the planet Venus and this is talking about cosmology? The Bible does not say the serpent in the Garden od Eden was Satan.

Hey 👋🏼 I think Azazel seems to be an entity more similar to the antichrist/the beast than he does Satan. (There is all sorts of generalization and assumptions done by people to muddy our understanding) Satan is a separate entity from the beast and the false prophet in Revelation 13. Azazel means goat of God, which almost doesn’t make any sense at all that God would name an Angel a goat of the Lord... But the antichrist is more likely to be that entity Azazel from Enoch, than him being Satan; the Dragon. Hell was prepared for Satan AND his Angels. I thank the Lord that I missed out on Adam and Eve temptation on eating the forbidden fruit, 90% from 100% say Adam and Eve were very weak in accepting the Lucifer temptation, forgetting all what Lucifer was before his fall. Jesus was a human being. He was Holy and became one with God,that is an exact image. Jesus was Gods own created Son specially implanted in the womb of mary. He was/is without sin.
