If you don't have a vacuum chamber to drive out air bubbles you can try to make a centrifuge. If it's simple enough you can easily drive it with a motor overnight as the epoxy sets up.
A dip in very hot water before the use solves the bubble issue ...

But if the power supply is maxed out you need higher voltage
@@ShopperPlug you can put capacitors with higher capacity befor the discharge tube in parallel with the coil this way you get less but much stronger sparks in one second
